Yes, Christiane can participate in a text or video interview or create a video message for marketing purposes. However, this may incur a marketing fee, and it must be a part of the contract.

Yes, you are welcome to use Christiane’s photo and name for marketing purposes. Photos can be downloaded at elektronista.dk/galleri. Christiane must approve where and how her image is used. The following titles can be used:

• Futurist & Humanist
• Digital Trend Analyst
• Author of Arguments for Humans

Christianes talk is normalle 60 minutes + questions. This can be adjusted to your event.

The presentation must not be recorded, streamed, or otherwise reproduced unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract. This may affect the fee.

• Speakers for audio playback
• HDMI cable (no ClickShare or other wireless connections)
• A remote for advancing slides
• A small headset microphone (NOT handheld)

Christiane will bring her own Mac with slides in Keynote format. The on-site technician must be informed in advance.

Please ensure water is available on stage and provide a small snack or piece of fruit backstage. The presentation will benefit from a host introducing Christiane and explaining the motivation behind choosing her for the event. Yes, books can be ordered at a special price prior to the event and distributed to attendees. Alternatively, Christiane can bring books to sell and sign after the presentation. This must be arranged in advance.

• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: Free of charge.
• Cancellation more than 45 days before the event: 50% of the agreed fee.
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 75% of the agreed fee.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the agreed fee.

If the event is canceled due to COVID-19 or another pandemic, the fee will be invoiced on the original date. Christiane will be available for a rescheduled event within the same year.
